Set in Florida, in the Everglades and at a small beach town, this feautures a girl working for a naturalist for the summer. Glossy frontispiece. 203 pp plus 7 pp of the first chapter from 'The Runaway Caravan,' the first in another Wirt series of books called Trailer Stories for Girls. Good condition only in blue boards with black lettering (some wear to the edges of the cover, and a child's scribbling on a few pages, mostly in pencil, mostly erased, but one page with ink scribbles.) .
