Condition: Very good minus in flexible dark green leatherette with gold titling (upper corner of front cover bumped, front free endpaper missing, and approx 1/2 inch has been trimmed from upper edge of frontispiece portrait.) Despite the flaws, this is a clean and sturdy copy of a very uncommon book.
