Laid in is the now rare card, with a portrait of author and other titles on one side, and the genealogy of direct male line of Alan Stewart of Ardbreck on verso, provided for the convenience of the reader so they will not have to turn back to the genealogical chart at the beginning of the book. 448 pages plus bound into the rear of the book is a 48 page catalogue of the Spring 1936 list of Hutchinson & Co.

Condition: Very good in light blue cloth with yellow lettering.
