Originally published in 1898, this was revised and enlarged several times, but remained enduringly popular. This edition includes the prefaces to the third and fifth editions. 228 pp. Good overall in blue cloth with gold lettering (titles rubbed on spine, previous owner's name, some wear to edges of boards, but a tight and clean copy.) .
